Velox Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. We proudly offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy on products purchased directly through our website.

Standard Return Policy

Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Condition:

  • Paddles: Normal wear from reasonable trial use is acceptable. Items showing signs of abuse, neglect, or damage beyond ordinary play will not be eligible. Examples include significant cosmetic damage from impacts other than a pickleball, deliberate modifications, or improper storage.
  • Apparel, Bags, and Accessories: Items must be returned in like-new condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Packaging: Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items. Items damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging may be denied a refund.

Exclusions: Some promotional, clearance, or limited-time items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return. Any exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.

How to Start a Return or Submit a Claim

  1. Submit your request online at Info@veloxpickleball.com.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using appropriate packaging to ensure safe transit.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return is inspected and approved. Allow 5–7 business days for processing.
  • If your order used a combination of a gift card and another payment method, refunds will be applied first to the gift card, up to the original amount.
  • Refunds to gift cards are processed immediately once the carrier confirms pickup.

Exchanges:

  • If you choose to exchange your purchase, we’ll help you select a replacement.
  • If the replacement item has a different value, you will be prompted to pay the difference or receive a store credit for the remaining amount.
  • Additional options may be available through the online return portal.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Items

  • Orders reported as lost, stolen, or missing are subject to verification.
  • Replacements are issued at the discretion of velox after investigation and/or carrier confirmation.
  • Such items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Claims may require documentation or proof of loss before a replacement is considered.

Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We aim to provide a fair and straightforward return process while preventing misuse:

  • Excessive Returns: Customers with patterns of frequent or abusive returns may have return privileges limited or denied.
  • Fraudulent Activity: We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges in cases of suspected fraud, including false claims, returns of used/damaged goods under false pretenses, or other manipulations.
  • Final Discretion: we may decline any return or exchange if we determine the policy is being abused.
