Order Processing Time

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Standard Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days
Most orders are processed within 1 business day, but during high-volume periods, processing may take up to 2 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. For example, orders placed on Thursday may ship on Friday, but in some cases may be processed the next business day (Monday).

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Delivery Time

We proudly offer fast delivery within 2–3 business days for most orders in the U.S.

  • Transit times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method
  • During holidays, promotions, or high-demand periods, delivery may take slightly longer

Customized Orders

Orders with customized options (e.g., special grips or configurations) may require 7–14 additional business days for processing.

  • If your order includes both standard and custom items, the full order may ship together once complete
  • To receive non-custom items faster, we recommend placing separate orders

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier
  • While we work with trusted shipping partners, delays may occur and are outside our control
  • Shipping fees for expedited services are non-refundable in case of delays

Transit Time & Holidays

  • Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays
  • Some carriers may not guarantee delivery times, especially during:
    • Peak seasons
    • Weather disruptions
    • High shipping demand periods

Multiple Shipping Locations

Most orders ship from our primary fulfillment center. Some items may ship separately from partner warehouses, which may result in multiple packages.
